We are going to look at the 6-step Sales process for everyday fast-moving products/services and the High-value sales process for businesses who have a more premium offering and slower sales cycle.

WEEK 3

SELLING AND HANDLING OBJECTIONS

In this video we are going to provide you with the fundamental selling techniques and tools you need to sell your products and services confidently.

TASK

List down all the common sales objections you receive and write a response to overturn each one using the template provided.

WEEK 4

SALES STRATEGY AND PLANNING

In this last video of the sales and selling series we are going to dive a little deeper into sales strategy and planning. We will take each sales channel in turn and look at the steps needed to create our own sales strategies.
