How do I cancel my subscription?
Log into your account.
Go to your “support” icon in the top right-hand corner.
A new window will open – this is your helpdesk area. Select “My Orders” and then select “Show Details”.
When the drop down opens, click on the cross next to the upcoming payments to “Cancel subscription”.
You’ll be asked to confirm you want to cancel. Simply click the box. The cancellation will not show immediately on your account but we will process it and update your account accordingly.
You will receive an email confirmation once your email has been processed. Please check that email to ensure your account has been cancelled.
Once your cancellation has been processed, you won’t be able to log into your account anymore.
Can I change my username and password?
Our system automatically generates a unique username and password for you. For your username, this is made up of a combination of your email address and numbers. We cannot change these details as they are automatically generated and unique to you. Keep the username and password safe, but if you lose them, just send us an email and we can resend them to you. (Don’t worry, we can’t see the password, but can force the system to resend it to you.)
What’s included in the training programme?
Included in the programme is over 52 weeks’ worth of video time, PLUS downloads, tasks and supplementary email training to help you stay on track PLUS access to the community support group and the Accountability Partner Programme to support you through your training.
How long is the programme?
The programme consists of 12 minicourses, divided up into 4 or 5 parts. We recommend you spend one week working through each part. This equals to one year of guided training to take you to success, if you stick with the recommended speed.
How do I watch the videos?
The minicourse videos can be found inside your personal membership portal. You will receive an email each time new content becomes available, but you can also navigate through the content using the progress bar at the bottom of your screen.
Do I get extra support?
Yes! You will receive weekly emails with bonus content to encourage your learning. The support group will also be full of other members, so you can interact with each other and we also have an Accountability Partner programme that you can tap into and receive and provide feedback and support.
How can I re-join if I paused my subscription?
Simply click here to re-join.
Is this just for people starting a business?
No! this programme is suitable for anyone with a business idea or a business that wants to undergo business training and skills-based learning which, will lead to impactful results for any business owner with a viable idea.
