She has been in the Career development and employability field for 11 years, supporting over one thousand people into work or progressing into management positions. She is passionate about driving success and empowering people to reach their full potential.
Maxine has a natural flair for training and has developed an Accredited Leadership Programme to support existing and aspiring managers to feel equipped to manage their staff and or projects. With 8 years experience of people management herself, she has developed some great skills that she wants to share and support more women into leadership roles. Her training is filled tip scenarios and tips and her style is engaging and relatable. She will share fundamental tips on the importance of strategy and operations to ensure business success. As a restauranter she also possesses vast knowledge of business management, scale up, motivating staff and overall operations of a restaurant.
