THE PEER NETWORKS PROGRAMME

The peer-to-peer networking programme is a free national SME business support programme that has been designed for business leaders who want to grow and develop their organisation for future success. The purpose of the programme is to help business leaders find practical solutions to strategic and operational challenges and is also part of the Government’s response to the COVID-19 pandemic and the ongoing EU transition. 

The Peer Network programme is delivered through a series of high impact group sessions led by trained facilitators, you will also have access to one-to-one business experts during the programme.

What is involved

 

Each participating business owner will receive: 

 18 hours worth of free group strategy sessions which focus on some of the following topics;

  • Finance

  • HR

  • Sales and Marketing

  • Business Model Innovation

  • Change Management

  • Embedding formal management processes and systems

  • Digital (including adoption and implementation of technology, cybersecurity)

  • Use of data to drive value in the business

3.5 hours of free one-to-one sessions with business experts spread over the duration of the programme.

Who is the programme for?

 

The programme is available to any SME that meets the following criteria:

  • Operated for at least one year;

  • At least five permanent employees;

  • A turnover or at least £100,000;

  • An aspiration to improve;

  • The potential to scale up;

  • The ability or potential to export.
