From Then
To Now…
Hustle+Heels was born in 2014 from a simple idea: connecting and giving access to ambitious women who were tired of being left out in the traditional business world.
It all started with a lunch – just the two of us, Jen and Jay, with a handful of people at a small table in a London restaurant. We decided to host a panel-style Q&A to pick the brains of a successful business owner. Let’s be real – it was a bit of a selfish move. We were both building our own business, facing challenges, and struggling to find answers to the “silly” questions we didn’t feel comfortable asking at the male-dominated networking events.
That small gathering of just 10 people sparked something bigger. From that point, we were determined to create a space where women didn’t have to feel out of place. A space that wasn’t intimidating or exclusive, but one where we could connect, learn, and grow together.
Fast forward to today, and what started as a small lunch has now become a movement. We’ve helped thousands of women through events, workshops, and 121 strategy sessions. Along the way, we’ve built a thriving online community of over 15,000 women, all ambitious, driven, and eager to build their businesses.
Through it all, our mission has stayed the same: to provide women with real-world advice, support, and connections to help them succeed. No fluff, no jargon – just practical, straight-talking help from one woman to another.
