Croydon Business Support Programme

Open to all local businesses in Croydon who want to receive free expert-business support. Each business will be able to choose from the best support option for them that is then delivered through a series of, 1-2-1 sessions and workshops with a Hustle+Heelsexpert.

Overview

The Challenge

Home to over 10,000 enterprises, predominantly small to micro-sized, Croydon boasts a diverse business community with 70% independent ownership, two-thirds of which are Black, Asian, or Minority Ethnic proprietors.

 

Despite the borough maintaining a stable number of enterprises since 2019, the need to invigorate the local economy, generate substantial employment, and attract inward investment was paramount in their Strong Local Economy Strategy.

Hustle+Heels is a business community and consultancy supporting people from diverse backgrounds to build and grow direct to consumer, lifestyle businesses. We do this through events, providing access to resources and opportunities by working directly in communities and in partnership with various  public and private clients to design and deliver business support programmes across London.
