MISSION VS VISION...

The two are linked, but here is a reminder of the slight difference between the two. 

Think of your MISSION  as the WHAT: what your company wants to achieve, who you want to help, and why. Think purpose, focus, and goals. This is short term (what you want to do in the next one-three years). 

Then, consider your VISION as the HOW, explaining how you are to achieve your mission and what direction you will take to get there. Think, impact and direction. This is a long-term look at where you want to be in the future, having fulfilled your mission. 

Your mission statement is the journey you will take to reach your vision.​​
